These terms describe use of Formoco's content creation and publishing tools. Questions can be sent to formocosupport@gmail.com.

Your workspace and content

Use Formoco only for accounts and content you are authorized to manage. You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You authorize Formoco and its service providers to store and process that content as needed to perform the actions you request. You are responsible for obtaining permission to use photos, logos, listing information and other material you supply.

Review before sharing

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Check graphics, captions, prices, dates, property availability, contact information and required disclosures before approving a post. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you publish and for following the rules that apply to your business and destination accounts. Demonstration content and fictional property details must not be represented as a real listing.

Publishing authorization

Connecting an account authorizes access to the accounts and permissions you select. A saved draft or download does not itself publish a post. Scheduling authorizes the selected content to be sent to the selected accounts. Enabling autopilot additionally authorizes future eligible content to be generated and published under your chosen settings. You can turn off autopilot, pause future publishing or disconnect accounts. A delivery already in progress may still complete.

Availability and external services

Publishing depends on valid account permissions, supported content, a functioning background publisher and Meta's services. Times can be delayed and requests can fail. Review delivery history and messages that require attention. Formoco does not promise engagement, leads, sales or uninterrupted service. Keep copies of content that matters to your business.

Usage and subscriptions

Your workspace displays its current creative allowance and storage limits. Failed AI requests restore the reserved allowance; manual edits and downloads do not use AI generations. Paid billing is not currently enabled on this pilot. Any future paid offer must show its price, renewal and cancellation information before you subscribe.

Acceptable use

Do not use Formoco to post unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory or infringing content, access another person's workspace, evade usage limits, or interfere with the service. We may restrict access when needed to address abuse, security issues or platform requirements.

Leaving Formoco

You can stop using the service and disconnect social accounts. Follow the data deletion instructions to remove a workspace. Published social posts remain on their destination platforms unless removed there. Our privacy policy explains how Formoco handles information.
