Privacy policy

Formoco provides tools for creating, organizing and publishing real estate content. Contact us about privacy at formocosupport@gmail.com.

Information we handle

When you sign in, we receive your account identifier, name and email address. We store the information you choose to add: brand settings, contact information, property details, uploaded photos, drafts, captions, designs and calendar plans. We also store usage counts and, when applicable, subscription identifiers and status.

If you connect Facebook or Instagram, we store the selected account names and identifiers, encrypted authorization tokens, their expiry and connection status. Publishing records include the scheduled content, delivery status, platform post identifiers and errors needed to diagnose a delivery.

How we use it

We use this information to provide your workspace, save and restore your work, generate or edit requested content, display your selected social accounts, and publish content you approve or authorize through autopilot. Autopilot is optional. We use usage records to enforce allowances and operational records to troubleshoot the service and respond to support requests.

Services that process information

Formoco is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting and storage infrastructure, including Cloudflare. Sign-in is provided through ChatGPT. When you request an AI action, relevant text, brand information and selected photos are sent to OpenAI to perform that action. AI requests are configured with response storage disabled; the provider's own data handling and retention rules still apply.

When you authorize publishing, Facebook and Instagram receive the selected media, captions and account instructions. Media may be made available through a temporary signed download link so Meta can retrieve it. Connected publishing does not request access to your Instagram inbox. If payment processing is enabled, Stripe handles payment information; Formoco stores subscription references rather than card numbers.

Information you choose to publish becomes visible according to the destination platform's settings. We do not sell your personal information. Service providers process information under their own applicable policies and terms, including OpenAI, Cloudflare, Meta and Stripe.

Storage on your device

Formoco uses browser storage to keep in-progress drafts, calendar preferences and recovery copies on your device. Sign-in services also use cookies. Sign out and remove local Formoco data before sharing a device.

Your choices and deletion

You can edit saved information, pause publishing, turn off autopilot or disconnect a social account. Disconnecting removes that connection from Formoco and stops its pending deliveries. You can permanently delete your Formoco workspace from Account & settings. This removes its stored content, uploads, connections and publishing records from our application storage. See the data deletion instructions for the steps and support option.

Content already published on Facebook or Instagram remains there until you remove it on that platform. A delivery already in progress may complete. Provider backups, security logs and information a provider must retain are governed by that provider's retention practices. Deleting a Formoco workspace does not delete your ChatGPT, Facebook or Instagram account.

Email formocosupport@gmail.com to request help accessing, correcting or deleting your information. We may need to verify that you control the workspace before acting on a request. Please do not email passwords, verification codes or social access tokens.
